Shon sold a vacant piece of land for us in Ormond Beach He had an aerial photograph taken which helped a lot in the marketing The lot did sell and I credit Shon with easing the sale with a sometimes difficult transaction due to the unique nature of the lot. Shon was very professional in every aspect. From showing me homes that fit my criteria to explaining the different areas. He pointed things out to me that I might not know (and often didn't know) to the highlights of each home in detail. He would tell me how close to shopping we would be and what kind of stores that were nearby. Plus taking the time to answer all the many questions that I had. Shon was patient and understanding the importance of finding the right home for my wife and I. Shon found us a home that that made my wife really happy and I loved the home as much as she did. I could not have had a better experience for finding a new home for us. Shon also helped with the connecting us to the people we needed to close the deal. From inspections to financing to insurance and as a go between the selling party and myself. He is the best !!
